One roof on one column, and beneath it three stone volumes that touch neither the roof nor the glass.

A Triangle on a Base
A sales center at the corner of Dammam Road and the Khurais Road extension, its plan a triangle that meets the road with its hypotenuse, so the longest edge faces the fastest road. The building sits on a base raised one meter above the street, reached by a planted slope that turns arrival into a path rather than a threshold.

A Mass Within a Mass
Inside a single glass envelope, three stone volumes hold the offices, meetings and services, touching neither the glass nor the roof. They are massed the way the mud buildings of Najd are massed: a broad base, a lighter top. At their center stands the maquette, and visitors circle it across an open floor without walls. One volume holds a short stair to a prayer mezzanine.

A Roof on One Column
The roof is a separate layer carried by a single column at the center of the triangle, ringed by a skylight that lets daylight in. It dips at the column, rises toward the edges, and extends beyond the glass to shade the facades. Services sit in a separate zone on the rear street, and a circular events space lies within the landscape among arid planting.

Two centers in one triangle: a column that holds the building, a maquette that holds the project.
