An architecture and interior design practice in Riyadh.
Founded 2026.
Experience
Margab was founded in 2026 on the extended experience of its team across distinctive, large-scale and exacting projects. Today it includes 3 architects, and when a project calls for it, the studio expands through consultancy and engineering partners chosen precisely for that project.
We have worked within most of Riyadh's urban codes, including the Sports Boulevard, Transit-Oriented Development and Wadi Hanifa codes. We know the path from idea to permit.

The story
In Najdi architecture, the margab is a raised place, built for watch or for contemplating the horizon. From it, a place is seen whole before it is inhabited.
That is where the name comes from, because we begin from the same point: we read a place before we draw it. The name claims no lineage. It claims belonging to this geography, to its land, culture and climate, and to a city we work in every day.
What we believe
The idea begins at the limit. What first appears as a constraint becomes, in the end, the reason for the form. The limit does not narrow the project; it gives it clarity.
We take from a place its meaning. Not its image, but the wisdom that shaped it: how heat is kept out, how a guest is received, how people gather.
Imagination on solid ground. We are architects and engineers at once. We lead the idea from its first line and surround it with accumulated knowledge of each kind of project. When a project asks for more, we work with consultancy and engineering partners chosen for it alone. For us, precision is not the opposite of poetry; it is its condition.
Vision
We aspire for Margab to be a focused studio, known for the impact of its projects rather than their number. Beyond design, we want it to be a place where architectural knowledge is produced and shared, one that professionals return to.
